Definitions

‘Product/s’ means, physical goods sold on our Website or sold directly.
The ‘Website’ means the website lightletter.com.au
‘We’ / ‘Us’ etc means eslabels PTY LTD, trading as LightLetter and any subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or assigns.
‘Warranty Period’ means up to 1 year after the product purchase date.

Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to Products purchased from Us.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use, during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the Product.

The Warranty Period for Products purchased from us is 1 year, from the date of purchase. We may require proof of the Product purchase date.

A replacement Product or part resumes the remaining warranty of the original Product.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes but is not limited to, physical damage, vandalism, theft or modifications to the original product; electrical fault through incorrect wiring (during installation), power surges or any natural causes, such as lightning strikes or floods.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We reserve the right to assess and determine the outcome of the warranty claim.
